Long to short cut today with Jess … extremely pleased with the final cut. We chatted easily and the style ‘evolved’ as Jess reassuringly checked how I wanted it, before taking it a bit shorter, until she knew she’d got it perfect. Very happy and will definitely book again. They also fitted me in at short notice, the same day, even though they were busy. Fabulous!
